This year’s Year 8 Outdoor Education Residential followed the successful programme of the last two years: The Adventure Race, run by the locally based Spirit of Adventure.
On Thursday 14th March, after two terms building and coding our robot, team UK-014 went off to take part in the First Tech Challenge 2019 at the Concorde Conference Centre in Manchester.
In order to ensure we are meeting the needs of our pupils, we are carrying out pupil questionnaires with all the children in the school (Year 3+). We value their feedback and encourage our pupils to be open and honest when completing their questionnaire.
Last Thursday Year 10 visited the Skills Southwest event at Plymouth Pavilions. They were given the opportunity of exploring hands-on exhibits from a wide range of careers and industries, as well as talking to representatives from Universities from across the south west and Wales.
This week, Stover School has been celebrating National Pi Day and all years took part in fun activities based around the mathematical symbol and its meanings.
