The Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award

A number of Senior School pupils are currently progressing with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Gold Award. Integral to achieving the award is completion of the expedition section involving a 4 day self sufficient hike through wild country including 3 nights camping. This happy band completed a practice expedition on Dartmoor over the half term break and are now planning the assessment which is scheduled to be held in Wales during the 2019 July activities week.
