Most of our pupils study four AS Level Subjects during year 12, with the option of concentrating on three in their final year.
Sixth formers follow a tailored timetable based on their choices, unaffected by "block columns". We offer a broad curriculum and new subjects are regularly introduced at students requests. In recent years Business Studies, Critical Thinking, Media Studies, Photography, Health and Social Care and a City and Guilds in professional cookery have all been added to the curriculum. Results are consistently excellent and our students regularly secure places at Britain's top universities.
You may be considering another subject that is currently not on offer in our curriculum. If this is the case, please talk to the Head of Sixth Form, as Stover is flexible and will always try to adapt to your requests. From time to time AS and A Level courses are subject to syllabus changes.
The Sixth Form is a place for hard work, fun, making lasting friendships, developing increased independence and confidence and being well equipped for life after Stover.
